We popped in for a quick visit on a Saturday afternoon and had a really awesome conversations about coffee roasting, their selection process and flavor profiles. I used to work in winemaking in Niagara so I really appreciated the opportunity to learn about coffee harvesting, sorting and so much more. They roast and grind their own beans (you can smell the freshness the moment you walk in!) and the coffee was incredible—so rich and flavorful. The people here are just as warm as the coffee. The owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming and the lady who made my coffee was too sweet . You can tell they really care about what they do. If you're a coffee lover and looking for better brews, definitely check this place out! ”
